Location

Villa Benita is located in the immediate vicinity of Keila  and Niitvälja Golf Center. We chose this place for two reasons: it is beautiful and not too far from the human settlements.  Location near Paldiski highway area is easily accessible but enough hidden. It is also accessible from Tallinn-Keila around.

House

Villa Benita is similar to your own home. We have avoided the typical architecture of hospital and social house. We wanted to create as homely and private environment as possible. The architects paid attention even to the smallest details to make living for residents comfortable and pleasant in Villa Benita.

Our house is the first and only residence in Estonia, which is designed for special needs. Architects have considered different disabilities that people have  - you can move here wheelchair and mobility aids if necessary, in bathroom and sauna they have taken into consideration various health problems. 

Villa Benita's interior has homely furniture, warm colours and designers have avoided everything that reminds hospitality. At the same time we have created house with domestic environment.

Shared facilities

Our house has many rooms where residents can spend their free time together. We have cozy room with fireplace and spacious recreation room with TV. Very popular among our residents is sauna. Clients can use computers and the Internet in library and the hole house has free Wi-Fi. We have special room for celebrations. We have a play-room for kids also. For baking we have common kitchen and for talking you can use our coffee shop. We are equipped with modern tools - electronic vehicles to move freely inside and outside of the house.

Dwellings

In Villa Benita future resident can choose to live in single or double room. Cozy, bright and classically decorated rooms are average of over 20 m² large, spacious bathroom and fully adapted to the specific needs of people.

Each room includes a large private terrace which you can enter directly from outside. The resident can also choose a two-room apartment, where is a open kitchen. The apartment are essentially small, but very cozy.

All room have TV and phones to ensure welfare and convenience. All clients have right to bring their own furniture to create homely feeling.
